Tired of newbie gorge wasted the chamber limit!

I know there is a /rec plugin for gorge to recycle chamber,
but only the owner can recycle it.

In some cases , the owner left or was fighting on the other side of the map
and can't come back to hive / RT room to recycle the "hideout" chamber spot.

Yesterday (or today?) there was a siege room map (Super siege?)
The alien team managed to get to the siege room (Most of them are Fades)
and tried to hold off the marine attack , I was among one of the Fade and convert back to gorge to drop some OCs/DC/MC at siege but some noob gorge built all chamber to limit and the alien team LOST in the end becoz we can't hold the continue HA train with limited chamber support (Siege wall was taken down when the HA Train got the siege up at the corner)

Is that possible for other gorge to recycle the chamber (Maybe impose only "icon" member can do that) , this can help the alien team much as some player tries to build a "hideout" no matter the team is winning or losing the siege.

giving that power to icons would be very very ......bad idea first most of icons are noobs second they would abuse it too much and yes it is annoying when noobs use out all chambers and you cant make ocs in right place when half of all chambers are at halls and place that are no longer used

But u can take pic of it or make a demo end post it whit thet gorges stem id so then can the admins diside if them what to ban the player or not.

Or wi u see a gorge do hid out long befor sige door is open ta pic on thet gorge end stem id end post it to end the gorge will no longer gorge at the alien breeder server..

yeah, giving /rec ability to "icons" would be grate, but not all of them, mb the first 35 at the stats page, or even less.

But what if there are no icons in the server then?
I dont have an icon but in most maps i know how to use the chambers so i dont think it would work of icons would get that ability.

We know there are newbie gorges. But that is the way it is.

Try to explain to them that there is a limit and how to recycle.
If there is an admin around, ask him to recycle the mess the gorge made. We can then decide if it is indeed a very "noob" action and recycle a few to minimze the the damage.

But let me make 1 thing clear.

Gorges who spam the RT rooms with chambers before the siege door opens, are NOT noob. Those gorges are lame and you can report them with proof in the kick& ban topic to us.

We would not have this problem if some of the people would actually listen to the people trying to tell them NOT to build there. I have tried TONS of times and in 1 og 10 attempts they actually listen. Either they 1) Dont look at what people write 2) Understand english 3) Like to place things like that.

Gorges who build DC`s, MT`s and SC`s in should not just be banned. Calm it with the ban stick admins and try to see why people do this. I have built chambers in there before the siegedoor opens before. When you know there will be a marine rush it can be wise to have chambers in there, due to the fact that the siegewall is what goes down first. And how well do you defend with no chambers?

When it comes to giving the power to icon players I think this should be only to the ones with the RED insignia icon. These players are the ones that play alot on the server and knows how to play. But I dont even know if its possible to set this up anyways.

I'm not sure if the mod is written this way but how it should be is:

1.) Only the person who builds the object can rec it.
2.) If the person who has built the object has left, everyone has access to the structure to /rec it.

That would be a nice way ^^ it would still be up for abuse, but not so much becuase if a gorge just spamms crfap and then leavs you can go recycle it :P

tbh I'm more annoyed by ocs being built in the middle of alien halls, or right in the door. They're completely pointless as HA takes half damage from them, they block fades/onos and are res that could be spent building support chambers close to the front line. They also get blown up by gl spam or sieges almost immediately.
Then again, nesting is dull dull dull, I've never seen a hive being built successfully by a nester once all three are down, while if the rines are being dumb it can take ages to hunt down the last gorge.

oke first iam no noob gorge , but all those times i play at tab server i see some ego things .
like when we start the game i go gorge so iam the first gorge , waiting for res for the hive :\
then a few seconds omg i have res for hive too late .... anyway hive is up.
going to res room to build those rts.
then when all that is done , going for the last hive and again waiting waiting , because ! there are allot of reswhores.. they starting yealling hive hive chambers chambers .... calling me noob gorges , that pissed me off tbh .

give me res ffs ! dont save for onos or fade if you do dont yell for chambers , because when you dont give your res i cant buil any shit .
and thats it.
and thats what happend allot , the so called l33t persons thinks they ownd de game and start yelling to gorges....
but never gives res ...
