I think it will help for Team balance and will stop switching teams at the end of the game.

And ban list on Reconnect IP for 30 min. (Prevent changing Teams using Reconnect)

I remeber that it takes some seconds (at least 5). In my case put it 3 sec or something like this.
I've seen similar - when i did disconnect and waited for some soconds = everything was ok, but when i did reconnect, during the game = i get banned.

And if i want "camp" to join ALien, cause aliens have less "skillpoints" then Rines? ^^ i only want to make Fair teams and get 100% dmg

Well, the plugin was removed... And I think that ready-room thing should be available! I mean, it removes most fun if you are stuck on a team with suckers, and the only chance to do something about it is to leave the server...
Also, it happens that some people have to answer a phone... pretty annoying to be standing ingame while talking in the phone for a minute or so...

Well, as Yesterday Show'd me.
We need F4 back (did you set it to an another botton? :P) !

It cant be that i get killed over and over by Aliens as Marine, when the Commander is a that stupid fool and builds more and more IP's, quite Never give Weapons, and allways Beacon's!
And the most sad thing on it was that he was conscious about it what he have done! ...

I'm no StatWhore, Hidein Marine to get kills or whater :P
I dont give a that big opinion about the Stats, but i still dont like to get Raped by an Alienteam of Fades only because the Commander is too stupid to Recycle the IP's and End the game.

On the other side, what did the aliens done?
Yes, they Made chambers near the base, everyone gone fade, and what happend at the end?!
YES, every Alien had a stat of 20:0 ....

I want F4 Back, and that fast :P
