Hey out there.

I am against the new only-autojoin plugin.

Because what fun is it, when you want to join aliens and then you need to go to rines?
Many players just reconnect and try it again and again, until they have their team.

Sure, no more Teamstacking. But it is a damn hard price.

What about automatically joining a team after 30 sec (or so) in RR?
Teamstacking is prevented and you have the chance to get in your team.

Well, i guess that means everyone need to learn how to play as team and not to wait until topranked players do the job XD

Well today there werent any anyways...

Because now u get banned for auto join icon stacking and reconnect to balance?!

The bad of this is, the aliens when do a retry give all the resources to the team, this person join marine, other join aliens with 25 res more and have a lot of res to do their RTs.

It`s not :P

But tf is that plugin for?!

Why can player choose in which team they want to go?

There is max team difference of 1 player anyways, so Teams will never be 20 vs 10...

The only good thing is the autojoin after 30 secs in rr.

Then there wont be any rr lamers and we dont need a only auto join thingy

About that auto join..

I find it pretty good.. you join when you come into a game.. and if there are 7players on one team and 6 players on the other.. you come on the team with lowest count of players...

Good 1 Unsicht..

But what if there are 5icron on alien and 1 icron on rines.. and there are 12players on alien and 14 on rines.. what can you then do to unballance the teams?

You missed the point i think. The reason why we have autojoin is not to balance the teams in the way of player amount. It is to prevent all the skill-team-icon-winner_team-joiners to choose a team only for pushing stats and make kills.

The only way for them to choose a team in a limited way is to abusive reconnect to the server as long as it takes to get forced in the "right" team. This abusive reconnects are now banable, all thoes are logged and i will ban them by hand all few days. Check out the sticky in the ns kick & ban forum.

Well, i see the point and i understand it.
It was really bad, when these icons always join the same team. Then you have the coice between teamstacking or losing.

But why do all players need to autojoin? Im an Alien player, i love it 100 times more as rines. But when i need to play rines that much, i think about another Server, where i can be what i want.

What about the plugin the SEK has on its Servers?
Its more complicated and needs more coordination from the Players (the good ones) but it works.
