Server crash sometimes after or before vote

Server crash sometimes after or before vote... why?

A lot of time crash server when 2. vote is done... and restart about 2-4 sec... and start ns_siege007...

I think no fireworks, no any think... if only 15-20 player on server and don't chat, don't shot fireworks, crash the server...

And sometimes cl_parse or other error in time to client...

I think if see the server log, will be a detailed information.

Maybe this is an AMX bug - or an NS bug...

Yes and the server lag sometimes, especially in co maps.
This server is not enought powerfull for 30 players?
