Cient timed out while answering challenge - kicked with this error from game

I was playing on server and i was kicked with this error:

"Cient timed out while answering challenge"



Later, about 3-4 month ago I was same problem but this is fixed on server - I don't do nothing.

Help me, what can I do?

This is client or server problem?

I this error never seen any server only on this server...
