Where is Quake - the ex-admin?

I hear an "urban legend":

Quake unban one of old player of server and the server admin called Unsichtbar is ban both player.

This is true?

rumors goes that Unsichtbar HATES (yes alot) the person quake unbanned. and therefor the reason.
tho, rumors says that quake thought he banned him by mistake and miss us all :P
btw, he wants to talk you ya Unsichtbar! =) (yes, he is very sorry)

I'm going to tell what actually happened here, if i shouldn't have, give me a slap unsichtbar.

Back in the early days of the server, one of the first batch of admins (myself, quake and foo are the second batch) was a person called [v-team]Airborn (with wierd symbols in his name; cba to type it). He was an excellent player, but an awful admin, he abused his admin powers regularly and was eventually found to be a speedhacker, obviously, he was permanently banned, he then insulted unsichtbar on the v-team forums, which resulted in all of the v-team being banned. Those of you who've been playing as long as myself and inferno will remember this.

Quake kept in contact the the v-team, and recently tried to unban airborn quite repeatedly, but unischtbar has him hard coded into the ban list, so it didn;t work. Unsichtbar checked the logs and saw an admin had tried to unban airborn, he checked the steamid and it turned out to be quake. Quake was promptly banned. He's not coming back.

And for clarification. Unsichtbar owns and runs the servers jointly with ig0r, Dr. Moron and OnosRider, they have the final say in everything. Inferno is the head NS admin, so only he and the owners should have the final say on who should be unbanned in these kind of circumstances. Myself, the-hunter (quake's replacement) and Foo are only junior admins; we can ban, change maps and all that, but we have no rcon access and we always defer to unsichtbar and inferno, so stop asking us to unban and do other things we can't do.

i first thought they were real good but they all got banned because of hacks or because they are at the team

but is good that they are banned...

what is not so good that quake is banned now too
i hope it is not right that he has tryed it several times, is it?

but arent you guys discuss bans with each other?
i mean iam a jolt admin , so when i ban someone , its my ban nobody is unban the persone but myself.
if they do that will piss me off .
we also have a private forum with all the bans and why the persone set the bans, so that we can read about it when there is somebody comes and ask can i be unband plz.
but i guess you guys have that system too .
