Bug with spawnprotection

The spawnprotection is a little bit too long since it can save skulk from dying when using xenocide. I have attached screenshot from console showing how I was able to kill Korkka with xenocide but I didn't die in that.

yea spawninvul is to damn long :roll: it should be fixed to 0.5-0.75 s

Or you could change it to stop on the first attack, or the first press of the left mouse button, whichever is easier.

lol , i see it already what will happen ...

marines spawn , they just run away dont shoot and he keeps his invul ...

Being able to get out of the spawn and not dying is the WHOLE POINT of spawn invul. Changing the turn-off trigger to 1.5s elapsed or first attack would mean they would be able to fight back or run. It also stops the xenocide exploit.

I think spawnkilling is a part of the game. If a team will not prevent the enemy to get in their base, they will probably loose. Noone agrees
