I think we should have a team balancer which: lets commander choose which player he is going to give to aliens/lets gorges (or all aliens if no gorges aviable) vote who shall be moved to the other team (to prevent moving only-team's-HA or only-team's-onos).
Lame quiters ruin the game at 4:00-7:00 AM (and not only).

BTW what does warnig players by warn command do when it reaches 'next level of warrning'?

well i dont know about that comm vote u were talking but it would be great to add a script where u have 30 sec to choose your side or be added randomly, that would solved the stacker problem and another thing i saw this script on some server where u had to play the whole game u couldnt f4, well we could have something like that 8) 8)
yea about that "warn" thing, i think u get kicked first then banned but im not sure :? :?

Disabling F4 wouldn't be something I guess...
If my team allmost lost, I sometimes like to see what the other team is doing, so I go to ready room, and then spectate mode.

And I don't want to be placed in a team I don't want to play in (currently I'm playing Mariner only)

I know a server that forces all players to random team if they stay in rr more than 10 seconds after the game started. Shall I ask server admin of this server for a name of the plugin?

Personally I don't want to join Aliens right now...
But neither I want to wait all the time for players that are standing still in the Mariner hole
