im guessin its prolly just me... but for sum reason i cant use hand nades or mines.... i can use welder just fine though...

I have a feeling I know whats the problem is.

You probably don't have a button assigned to weapon slot 5 (which contains the mines and handgrenades)
To assign a button to this, go to options - keyboard, from there you can select a button (probably 5) to weapon slot 5

If your old config.cfg was writeprtected the update dose not install the new one and there are one more weaponslots now in 3.1.

The best way to fix it is to delete your config.cfg and the just "set to default" that'll fix it all, you'll have to rebind all your custom things though.
