Can server be registeredppl friendly?

I have a proposal.
I just hate when the servers is 80% noobs that yeal "all go gorge" at the begining of the game. Maby we should make the server more registered users friendly.
I also hate when i cant join a game for 10-15 mins becoase it's full.
We can kill two birds with one stone adding one plugin. I saw it on many servers.
The ppl that are registered usualy play more often then unregistered ones so we can say that they are not noobs ;] What if every time registered user try's to join server one unregistered one (randomly picked) is kicked to make a place for him.
It will force ppl that like the server to register, and will decrease the number of noobs on server at any time.

Except that only 2/30 or so people on the server are unregistered at any time. It wouldn't work, and it's extremely unfair to boot.

i know a good ns server. but i quit playing there, because of that kick thing.

Its a Bad Idea to dissmiss someone from playing only because someone want to join the server and cant because its full....

On the other side, you wont die, bec. you cant join instantly....
Just get somethin to drink, leave your steam at autojoin when its free, and voila, everyone is happy and got the same chances for joining/playing on the server.

I just thought it was a good way to decrease the number of all the ppl that go gorge and start building OC's at hives and door,SC's as the first chamber or Lerking after 2 mins and not giving res to gorges. Aliens lost few times today becoase ppl like that

Ya. Thats usual ^^ sometimes.
Its a Public Server, and most ppl, like you wrote above, do whatever they think thats the best way... if thats building DC somewhere to hide when the team loose, or SC as first chamber, or OC at siege door....

PPL try things, and learn from them.
Kick someone , because he try to learn the right way, is wrong.
Kick newb commander... well, it seems unsichtbar likes that sometimes....
But Every person got an other view of those things.

thats what i think 2.... cant kick ppl just because they are not registered... leave it like it is!

Well...It's quite a big server...with 30 players at max so it shouldn't take to long before you can join if it's full. I never wait for more than 5 minutes to get in when it's full.

Maybe it would be good to protect us from noobs but my experience is that most of the players online are registered already.
And it's a little unfair to :P

I think, its good to allow only this ppl to comm, -build chambers, who played on this server more than xx times or xx minute or whatever of this kind.

lol...that wouldn't work at all...atleast not on the chamber side :P we need noobs to spend time and res on buildings :P

i could almost garantee that when u all started playing you probably made some of the same mistakes, and we need all of these newcomers because the NS community is slowly dissapating, but a reserved slot that you have to pay for my be something to think about
