noobs vote to eject the comm
I think the best is that there must be more than 50% of players in a team who votes to eject the comm. I hope that it's not possible to have more than 50% noobs in a team

Sometimes the Comm's don't do anything and this is the reason because are voted (sorry my english is bad)
