plugins: lerklift, extended levels

Hi there.
I'm trying to get the whichbot running on my pc for some offline-action or if i play on a lan. I also want to include the lerk-lift and extended levels on combat mode.
can anybody tell me where i can download lerk-lift and extended levels and if i need an extra plugin respectively?
