1) auto random ppl from RR
2) auto "ban"(unregistred ppl) 1h( or more ) all ppl who leave from game
is sux to see ppl who join and leave if team "begin to lose"

2 would be a mmajor problem, there are many issues that woudl lead to a bunch of psots from being banned, and then woudl just create more problems.

autojoin would be very good for the server because there are many players in RR before the doors opens...

net cafe players like me XD, auto ban not needed godammit, everyone is free to leave the game when they want ( but if they do in lame way they should be punished, this is a SERIOUS server XD)

yeah, ive seen some servers that got that. i think that would be awesome. THO it might lead to some stacking, tho the stackers dident stack on purpose :P tho nothing can be done about it i guess. and if it should be solved unsichtbar needs to make a script to recon how many icon guys thats on each team. thats too much work :P

I know one sever that basicly tried to do this, they dont use icons or anything but lets say the map just changed, now 25 peopel are in the readyroom, nobody can join a team yet, the plugin denies any request of them to join a team and executes autojoin (or w/e its called) To everyobody and makes it so everybody is forced to a team, and if a new person connects right as they join the RR they are forced to a team. The good thing about it is that it does not let people to re-join the RR, but the bad is if teams got stacked like 5 vs 10 nobody could changes teams (thats the only flaw i see in it).
