That's only if you've NEVER been on the server before. You automatically download the sounds as you join. You can download the sounds anywhere you want them if it isn't for the game.

when i play can i just write for example "hello" to play that song in gameplay or do i have to do something else for the song to play. :?:

first of all u have to add your steamid into your profile like STEAM_0:1:23456789
