some questions about the board

hello.

some weeks ago i already wondered what happened to the right frame of your homepage where the last and newest postings were displayed.
and today i wanted to have a look at the banlist and it has disappeared too.

What has happened? is it just removed for a fix or will we never ever have this list again?


another question: i read that the server now runs the new amx-mod. will it work with combat maps again? if yes, i'd really really love to see them back on the map cycle and vote cycle respectively

The hole portal mod was removed, the menues and news are a new php code written by my self to replace many running but unused functions.

Amxban mod is removed too, the server uses the normal file based banlist, it is faster and need less reources. There are many sql queries at one time, amxx and ns can't handle so much lagfree at once.

There was no problem with amx and co maps i removed all co maps form the cycle, thats it there are no plans to bring back co maps. You can ask an admin on the server to set the next one to a combat map.

Yes, I feel the server more stable in this days.
But I like to read a banlist too First time I read a forum, second time the bandlist and read a reasons Sometimes the banlist reasons more intresting than a forum posts :lol:

But 30 slot and without amx banlist is better than 20 slot and amxbans

okay, then i hope that from time to time i can reach an admin who likes combat maps like i do.
