Black Boxes

Hey dudes,

i got a sucking Problem...

I got black boxes on the res spots (behind the gas), on the pg's, heal spray and and and...
The Crosshair sometimes got a problem too...
I dunno what the problem is, i hope u can help me...

but i think its because of the brightness?

I got it near on MAX and i cant see at my gameplay anything black XD

for the crossairs, did you tryd to download another one or the original again?

no, the original one...

On openGL, its a bit 3D style, but sometimes its only a big blue thing...

Nvidia cards have problems with the interface graphics/crosshair when using the most recent drivers.

Try Nvidia Forceware 81.98 (or older) - did you update your drivers recently (if you have a Nvidia card)?

I had the very same problem when I updated drivers, now I'm back on the old ones and it works perfectly fine.

yes, newest drivers...hmh...but the problem comes 2 games ago...

I uninstalled the old drivers and used the 81 ones.. works fine :P.

I get them too. PC spec:
AMD X2 4800+, 2GB RAM, 2.4TB HDD (yes that is TB, not GB!), and 2 x nVidia 7900GT in SLI.

The black boxes happen usually where there's water or a gorge healspray - using latest nVidia BETA detonator drivers, it happened also on the drivers that shipped with my cards, which were WHQL official drivers.

This sucks, but it's still just about playable - haven't found any workarounds for this yet

Edit: And I also get the strange crosshair problem too.

As I said, using 81.xx drivers or older fixed the problem for me!

I cannot play due to various gfx bugs when I play on latest drivers.
