How do you make your own map for ns?

mmm i have a few ideas for a few new maps and i would like to learn how to design. Could anyone perhaps give me a link to a program that makes them or something and a tut. Thanks in advanced.

oi death claw, i dont know how to work this dam thing lol im sitting there with a grey (blank) screen and i cant do nothing lolz. could a easy (for dum dums) tutorials be posted so i can learn :lol:
