i am a registred member but i can't use funplugins?

the short version:

after your sucessfull registration you have to add your own steam-id in the steam-id field in your personal profile. without this step the server dident know you and so you can't use any funplugins like the funny sounds.

you downt know your steam-id? no problem! start the game and join ouer server, open your console ^ button and type status. now the game shows you a list and watch the line where your name is, write down your steam-id, it always starts with STEAM_. or you can type/say ingame /steamid in public chat to show your steamid.

now enter your steam-id in the profile including the STEAM_ before, watch out no extra numbers, letters or empty spaces OR IT DOSENT WORK!!!!!

and the long version is sold out! sorry :twisted:

On a Qwerty keyboard (the one in the uk, NOT the US, that uses slightly different placement) it's ` which happens to be the key next to 1 and above tab, incase you cant find it. Although of course you can rebind it.

On my keyboard its the "0" key.

Hey, I think you should put this in the new or something. So people don't go on making random topics saying i cant use this and that. Or even in game!!! Its getting on Reef's nerves :twisted: :lol:

2nd my old email addy is banned on this site i would like why an email addy does get banned from this forum as i hadnt posted anything special

3rd my name keeps on getting set to 'user has console key '15' in his name is there a list with keys I cant use and i hate to change my nick every time so why are certain keys restricted? if there is no way out ill change it but its my regular gaming nick ... :s

erm i am not sure .. but i thought u need 5 posts here to use funplugins...
and btw no spawm posts, spawm post wil be deleted....

You name is changed because of a new plugin that makes it easier to admin, it changes anyone who's name is too long, too short or has the console key (` or ~) in it.

I have no idea why you are unable to use funplugins because AFAIK, the 5-post minimum has yet to be introduced, as for your email being banned, PM unsichtbar as i don't have admin access.
