Problems with connecting

I dont know if i have to put this topic in help or ban now but i think help & support is better and i beg mods not to remove it

Noone know what is going on with my steam id i am banned but i am not in banned.cfg since i talked with Unsichtbar he said i am not banned and he dont know how he can help me so i am asking other ppl on forum now if they know what might be the problem and what could be done to unban me :P

And for all those ppl who would tell me that i am "stupid" or sth like that it is not VAC ban since i can join other servers with it protection i will be very grateful for all the help you can give me

Oh and i forgot ban has been given on 14.03.06 in the morning
