Can't download content

I've just moved to my new PC to find the alien breeder gone, and when it came back i tried to connect, but for some reason i can't download any content from the server, so i can't join. I thought it might have been my wireless router's firewall, but i put this PC outside of it, so i doubt it's that. Any ideas?

have you tried to update the ip and see if its the same? or else i dont know

i connect to the server fine; i get the streaming music and everything, just whenever it goes to download content, it doesn't.

I've found a temporary solution to this; whenever i have to download new content, i just turn on my old pc, use that to download it, then share it across the network to this pc. Tedious, but it works.

If this is a real problem, it would explain why the server empties out so often

No, i fixed this, it was a problem with my router's firmware.
