Bots

Hello!
I wanna learn how to be a good commander, And I can't learn in public servers because I would be ejected because Im not a good comm

So I tought that I would create my own server and learn but I need some players there, and the best would be bots I think. So I need now your help: how can I add bots to my own server? Or can I :S

Theres a server called TheSandBoxm Marine Training Facility IP: 72.244.68.176:27016 It plays with alien bots, you can go comm thier mostly people who play thier are newbs so they dont eject or know n ot to eject or can't eject but its a good place to learn how to comm. Theres are many otehrs too.

to intall bots you have to download metamod first and install it on your server then download the rcbot (it is a nice rine bot) and download wichbot (only alienbot) how to install them you can read in the readme

i hope you will get those bots working.

they don't work on all siege maps i've tried to get them working but there are many waypoints to set and so on


so train your comm skill on normal NS maps

they are played too at our server

Ok thanks for the help! ill try to download and install the bots but im not so good with this kind of stuff :P But ill try ^^ if it's hopeless then I'll go to the sandbox server and learn there

i downloaded whichbot and rcbot, whichbot was quite easy to run. rcbot
was a little more difficult. Problem is the current version of rcbot keeps causing
my NS to crash, so i downloaded the previous version. The bots are retarded
in the old version. Anyone know any other good marine bots?

rcbot is the only one good rine bot but you have to make waypoints first on custom maps

i was playing maps like bast, tanite and origin....they come with those maps
and waypoints install, they kept getting trapt on ladders, ignoring commands
and waiting ages to build stuff

there are already 3 posts about this lol, fuck the bots, go french server ( for my personal xp they wont do it better than u) and train classic comming there, for siege comming esports is good(ARMORY UPGRADE FIRST AND RT with ur starting res ), gold rule, watch what other comms do (see pop up upgrading info) but dont copy them, there are assloads of strategies with the few upgrades there are in this game as marine,
