Help whit X64 display plz

hi there , ever since i have x64 seems that ns was darker then before , ok how ever i had fix that whit the_hunters help thx hunter

but 1 problem left i cant go in the commchair us comm why this is why , i cant see the build menu , now i hope some1 can help me whit tis problem , so i can see were evrything is
