not nessisarily, theres already a phpmod made buy UA, it uses a minimap and displays the location of all the players color coded to match the team it even teamms you the kills and all that shiznit. Doesn't take up much bandwith at all, you could make it like 10 frams per second camera, wo uldn't take that much, plug hes got like 1 GB downspeed so
