Hi I've just been playing on the server alien breeders with a player walking doom and an admin something pinkel. I was playing alien under the nick ClueLess.nl and the admin noticed the teams where 11-13 at 30 seconds before the siegedoors opened. he was commander and should have noticed he was winning the round. but after saying the teams where unfair 3 or 4 times he switched walking fade of doom to the marines.

not sure what mr doom said but shortly after that he got kicked and returned to the game. and was being treatened of getting banned.

then I started a polite conversation with mr pinkel defending the player for I felt like he should not have been switching him in the first place. I've seen mr doom playing before and he was always alien.

then it got messy when the admin was fed up with me saying nothing but polite english he put in 1 line: no more talking.

when I pressed enter on what I already typed he banned me. Supressing me of a basic human right the freedom of spreech. if i was cursing or anything liek that I can understand getting banned but I was nothing but polite. could you check the loggs plz and read trough the conversation. and when you did unban me? but most importantly have a word with mr pinkel about the way his behavour hurts the whole server.

summary:

I feel like the admin was out of line and started a conversation with him about it. and he banned em for it. preverably i would like to see mr pinkel reduced of the banning right. and ofcouse ClueLess.nl unbanned.

The Admin was me you stupid lifeform. I warned you and all other players on the sever 4 times AND NOT SOME SECONDS BEFORE SIEGEDOOR OPENS. You have all basic human rights on my server but i have the right to ban you for interrupt the hole game, blaming an admin for a KICK (yes he was your friend but he is a lamequitter). Your friend was switched by me to marine team, he left the game and went to the readyroom, i kicked him. He comes back to the game and told me to ban him and not only to kick. I told him i will ban him at readyroom when the game is over and i told you i will ban you too.

Now both of you stupid netherland weed heads are banned. I'm sure you will find a server where you can lamequit and no one will kick or ban you for that.

It hurts the hole server when you act like lamers! OMG OMG THE DAMN BAND UGLY ADMIN HAS WITCHED ME TO THE MARINE TEAM I AM SO HURT IN MY HUMAN RIGHTS!!! OMG OMG I PISST IN MY PANTS LIKE A SMALL CHILD!!!

edit: i forgot it is a lie, i switched this fade of doom guy only ONCE to the marine team. He instantly left the team in the same second back to the readyroom. Then i kicked him, don't lie asshole.

all I saw was you swithcing him over to the marines. and as you say he went to the ready room. well I would have done the same thing. he played on the alien side trying to pound a way trough your defences. you even had enough res to electrity every rt. their was no way we would have gotten trough even with 2 man extra. only thing we took down was the front tf. I expect that was becouse you needed a tf in the siege room.

your reply makes me feel even more in my oppinion to but in blunt: you are a hothead. and in my oppinion you shouldn't be able to ban players.

I know you wont be removed of admin rights, best thing I could hope for is removal of banning rights. you ackted to fast on the ban and on the switching for the teams. that's why I spoke up. that and to defend mr doom.

if I remember correctly you where already winning. and when the siegedoors opened the teams where 11 marines vs 7 aliens. that can be because of the discussion I was trying to start or your unthought and speedy response to everything that just happened.

here is something I would like you to think of: Don't be burned so fast, you could aswell ignored me or said I don't agree with you. I would have stopped typing. And this makes the server more fun. the way I picked up your actions where foolish and rash.

when I was admin I always liked to limit my admin commands. I noticed that you couldn't get enough of them. was their even a votemap the last 3 maps ? last map i know and respect that you have a map that you want tp play. perks of being admin. but plz think about the other admin commands and say to your self are they needed? or in 1 minute when the door opens will half their team stay busy ith the other 4 tf's ? ? ?

oh oh oh. sad. I know this falls on death ears but I don't even know him. you now banned someone who didn't want to play for you. and he f4'd and the teams where fair. if you want to ban the lame quitters make a list of players on a siegemap and see wholeaves when the doors open.

It's just that I found it a nice server. one of the most played at any time and enjoyed playing. Got to know some people and most are okay and fun to play with. Sorry if I offended you by speaking my mind unsichtbar. and I'd apreciate it if you could find it in you heart to unban me so we could play the game some more. instead of all this.

Are NightEye's human rights of free speech are now respected, because i don't want to ban him to soon and cut his rights off. I never cut anyones human rights of but sometimes i cut some heads off Nobody is perfect
