cheater, what you can do?

Today, I was playing like all the day to NS, and more to alien breeder (I love fun sound), and, at my surprise, I saw a cheater...
Like we can't go spectator, all can't known if the player are, or not a cheater.
How I could know? I never seen a man abble to kill me in fade with HMG and flying in jp (was full health) in less than 2 sec...
why?
-first, cause Im not a fade staying the death, I move, and I move fast (cele).
-second, HMG dont shoot all the bullet in the middle crosshair, there is aleatori shot.

You sure there was only that rine, and no turrets? and maybe more rins shooting too?

and with full weap ups, the HMG does deal a significant amount of dmg...

someone who knows how to blink, and use's celetry... quite hard to hit.
jus look at cosmic for excample :P
or all those other fades...

there is the spec problem again ^^

if you have no screenshot or demo we can not ban ppl cause then the most good players would get banned.

We need no specatin for players. If i'm not to lazzy a nice HLTV host can solve this problem. A nice demo from all players on all maps, saved for 1 month. Maybe the 1st plugin when the website is done?

Unless im mistaken, there is no 'cheat' which allows you to do more damage - unless your implying he was speedhacking.

Please dont just throw accusations around just because you get killed.

slim normally when u shoot with hmg/lmg round about 20 % of the bullets dont hit...when u are a really good player/pg, its about 10%,so....it can be true that the hmg killed him faster then normally!
