ns_the_alien_breeder ouer new housemap :)

new in the cycle of "The Alien Breeder" is ouer new housemap "ns_the_alien_breeder". map is by unsichtbar and i hope we all will have much fun to play it.

A very decent siege map, where door room is defendable (I've yet to play as aliens). A bit darker many places than I like it, but otherwise flawless

This map is way too easy for the marines. 3 TFs on the door/ramp area with 15 turrets, concentrated at the front, that's the skulks and lerks stopped. Then putting an armoury at the first corner with a TF right around the corner from it with 6 turrets, stops any fades from getting through. (The armoury with a marine standing on top of it is an excellent strategy to stop fades). Then, providing the marines with HMGs and JPs makes it an easy defense till siege at 14:30.

very unbalanced map, way too easy to win as rine...just my opinion :roll:

today i have played the map on a 10 vs 10 and it was balanced if a had full of fades rush. after the rush 1 fade go gorge and build behind enemy lines.

the rines know it and tray to stop us, most of them left the door area so ouer 2nd unit of onos and fades has the chance to bring the pg down. after a 2nd try the door area was down and the round goes to us ... alines

so i think always the team with the better teamplay wins a map 8)

I've played it once as alien.
The rines held door room, lots of turrets and rines, but we managed to get a few fades past. By dividing their attention the door room fell into our hands, they lost their RTs and the "alien siege" began. Once we were fighting in marinestart it was a pice of cake, it's really designed for blinking :P

Even tho we won, it seems like it's quite easy for riens to hold the door rooms and the rooms beyond. I'm sooo looking forward to comm on this map

the map looks nice unsicht, gotta play it some more to give you real feedback

hmmm maybe add some vent to / in the door room unsichtbar
