Remove siege_007

On recommendation from other players, i have to ask for siege_007 to be removed from the maplist.

It crashes repeatedly and it is impossible to play, AFAIK, it is the only map to do this, so getting rid of it should help some.

and it is also as the 1st map in the cycle so by every crash , after first sieges are build it crashes again...

It becomes a loop if nobody starts a vote.

the only way for marines to win now w/o server crash is with ha rush and turret farm in the alien hall so the aliens cant get through, and the has push their way to the hives with new tfs popping up a little bit ahead, won the map with this tactic and that was the only thing that worked
