Since the b10 version of this map was not that balanced i decidet to make some changes and announce a new Version of this map. Since the b13 version of this map seemed to be bugged (some prob with the bsp file, server crashed on mapchange) i recompiled and tested the whole thingie on a linux ded server. Have a look at the attachment picture which shows how the 2 maps differs from each other. Enjoy.
BETA 13
- a Bunker inside the Marine base so that aliens cant be shot everywhere
- welderpoint inside the Marine Base so that Marines are able to close the
short Way to the Siegeroom
- Decreased the Strength of the Glass Structures inside the Room that could be called
the Marine Base Entrance from 30000 to 5000 and 3000
- shortcut Vent inside Bunker Room
- a Vent from Bunker room to Marine Base, the door that leads to the Marine Base
will open together with the Siegeroom door after 20 mins
- some Structures inside the Siegeroom and another room that can be reached
from inside the siegeroom for Aliens to hide
- some Structures inside the Floors bejond the Bunker room so that its
more easy for fast Aliens like Fades to pass through and more difficult for
Jetpackers to follow
BETA 15 (since the BETA13 file was broken)
- new wad file with the same name, if u already got siegeroom_v3.wad erase it
the old version schould also be fine with clients but if u run a server, overwrite it
- decreased max_patches
- fixed the whole thing as it seemed to not run on dedicated servers
hell knows why, i recompiled it, tested it and it worked on linux ded. server
