did u get the direct X ect in the maps that unsichtbar has said ?
because its running fine here , except that i crashed becuase off that voice over ip function in BF2142 , turned it off and the problem was solved .
keep me updated if it works, so we can join some server to frag on

And yes, I used the Directx update, but are you alo using windows x64 ?

omg u dont recall :P our 1st post was using NS in X64 and the trouble we got hahaha.
so yes iam still using x64 and i can play. so maybe u can tell us more about ur problem , so we can help . fresh install off the game ect .for now gl and keep us up 2 date

is the new battlefield any good?

He, take it easy on this old guy, Parkinson is around the corner by me .

I'll give the game fresh install and a registry clean for the game.

Ahhm by the way... the attachment i've added some posts before are only the x86 dx files and ist not recommended to use with winxp x64!

x86 is in x64 also programfiles (x86) , i played for 30 hours now BF2142 , and it runs great

yes u got a message whit the instal off the game , that it is not tested on X64 , but just ignore it and play
